Donna Still, a life strategies and success coach, has come up with a different approach in her new book Ditch The Scales by putting the reader in charge of the way they lose weight. In Ditch the Scales help them understand why they have not been able to develop the healthy lifestyle they deserve in the past by decluttering their mind and body. Each section of the book encourages the reader to write down their thoughts about the way they feel about themselves, their lifestyle and the way they feel about food; this is to root out past challenges and to help set positive goals that will enable them to develop their own blueprint for a successful healthy life.
